Eluru TDP parliamentary incharge Gorumutchu Gopal Yadav has accused the party of being unjust towards the Backward Classes while applauding Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's courage in giving importance to BCs in the ensuing Lok Sabha and assembly elections. .

He said CM Jagan has courageously allocated 11 out of 19 seats to the BC community while the TDP’s unfair treatment towards the community continues. He commended the YSRCP's commitment to empowering BCs and charged the TDP of discriminating against the marginalized community.

Yadav alleged that the Yanamala (Ramakrishnudu ) family does not represent the whole BC community. He said BC leaders are living in constant fear in the party. He alleged that Yanamala does not want the community to get empowered politically.

Firing a salvo of questions, Yadav said where was Yanamala when Chandrababu Naidu was arrested (in the skill development scam case)? The party had promised a ‘BC declaration’, a vision document which will reflect the aspirations of various communities and also paves way for their holistic development, but where is the vision document? Dejected Yadav informed the reporters that he will announce his future course of action in a couple of days.
