Rashmika reveals Srivalli's evolution in Pushpa sequel
Allu Arjun-Rashmika Mandanna starrer Pushpa 2: The Rule continues to make news with the tidbits of the movie and its shooting scenes. The unveiling of the first look of the Srivalli character played by Rashmika on her birthday on April 5 created a huge buzz on social media.
Now, the actress has revealed that she had no knowledge of the Srivalli character in the Pushpa franchise. She said she had no idea of the film's storyline either.
Speaking to Lifestyle Asia, Rashmika said she now knows the character she's playing in Pushpa 2. She said Srivalli is someone who is "super sorted".
Recalling her role in Pushpa, the Animal actress said she didn't know her character and "every day on set felt like visiting a playground".
It may be worth mentioning here that Rashmika played a village girl in the Pushpa movie. Pushpa Raj, played by Allu Arjun, falls in love with her and eventually marries her.
Pushpa 2, which also features Fahadh Faasil, is slated for theatrical release on August 15.
