Karimnagar: BRS working president KT Rama Rao has been suffering from high fever for the last two days, the opposition party said on Tuesday.

As the doctors have advised him to rest, the BRS leader will skip the party’s ‘Kadana Bheri’ public meeting to be held in Karimnagar today.

Office of KTR released a statement informing KTR has a fever and is taking rest at home. It said the former minister will not be participating in today’s programme which will be addressed by the party chief K Chandraeskhar Rao.

The party has made elaborate arrangements for the ‘Kadana Bheri’ public meeting which is being organised at the SSR Government Degree College ground in Karimnagar. Former chief minister KCR will kick off the BRS poll campaign for the upcoming general elections during Kadana Bheri public meeting. The BRS party has finalised the name of former MP B Vinod Kumar as its candidate from Karimnagar parliamentary constituency.
