Rebel Star Prabhas' upcoming movie Salaar is one of the most awaited films of the year. Prabhas and the film's team wrapped the entire shoot months ago (barring a few additions like an item song). Currently, the film is in the post-production stage.

Currently, Prashanth Neel is working on the film's trailer, which will be out on December 1, 2023.

On the other hand, there is a huge demand for Salaar's theatrical rights. According to our sources, the leading production house Mythri Movie Makers paid a whopping amount of Rs 60 Cr to bag the Nizam area's rights.

The film's rights forAndhra were sold to several distributors for a fancy price of Rs 80 Cr. The total Telangana and AP rights is Rs 165 Cr.

After several negotiations with distributors, Hombale Films struck massive deals with multiple distributors. It has to be seen if the film fetches them profits.

Salaar is produced by Vijay Kiragandur under Hombale Films. Shruti Haasan will be seen as the female lead opposite Prabhas in the film.
