No Differences in YS Family: YS Jagan's Love for Sister Sharmila Has Not Diminished

26 Mar, 2024 15:01 IST|Sakshi Post

AP Government Advisor and YSRCP General Secretary Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy's comments have become a hot discussion in political circles. Sajjala cleared the air surrounding the YS family. While Sharmila differed politically with CM Jagan and joined the Congress party, CM Jagan has remained calm and composed. Responding to the rumours about personal differences, Sajjala said, "There are no personal issues in the YS family. The political objective of Sharmila led her on a different path. Sharmila is on the wrong track." Sajjala reiterated that Sharmila's factor is negligible in the coming elections in Andhra Pradesh.

Commenting on Pawan Kalyan, Sajjala stated that the film star-turned-politician is in a pitiful state. "If Pawan Kalyan has charisma, why does he do such politics? Why would he depend on someone else always? Pawan Kalyan has no clarity in politics."

Sajjala said that the YSRCP has consciously not chosen to strike an alliance with any party including the BJP. He also reiterated that the equation with the BJP is always a cordial relationship between a state government and the central government. "Modi government and Jagan's government have only a relation between the centre and the state governments. There is nothing beyond that. The YSRCP had got the BJP's offer to be part of the NDA much earlier. If we wanted to be part of the NDA, we had gone long back. However, we never wanted to ally with anyone and hence stayed distant. Forging alliances and contesting together comes with its own disadvantages. We can't talk like Chandrababu who totally changes his stands often and makes critical remarks against old allies after coming out of the alliance."

Exuding confidence over the YSRCP's thumping victory and powerful comeback by winning in the coming Assembly and Lok Sabha elections, Sajjala said that 87 per cent population in the state have received benefits from the welfare schemes of the state government. He said YSRCP will bag over 50 per cent of votes in each constituency. He said all the alliance parties together may get less voting percentage than YSRCP even if they contest together. Sajjala affirmed that the YSRCP will emerge victorious with a huge majority.
